AI by the Best In India is organized and operated by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline. Event details such as dates, timings, venue, speakers, exhibitors, agenda, and format may be published on the Website and may be updated from time to time.

Where a venue is specified, the Event is currently planned to be held at Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Auditorium. Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline reserves the right to change the venue, format, schedule, or other Event arrangements, subject to these Terms and applicable Event policies.

Tickets, registrations, exhibitor packages, sponsorships, and other offerings for AI by the Best In India are sold or issued by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline. A booking is confirmed only after successful completion of the applicable registration or payment process and issuance of a confirmation, ticket, or booking reference. Payment for a booking is collected either by Xpro.ai on behalf of Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline, or by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline directly where a white-label payment gateway is enabled.

You are responsible for reviewing ticket type, quantity, pricing, inclusions, access areas, and any restrictions before completing a purchase. Availability, pricing, and inventory may change without prior notice.

Tickets and registrations are generally personal to the attendee named at the time of booking, unless transfer is expressly permitted by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline under applicable Event rules.

Xpro.ai serves as fee collecting agency on behalf of the event organizer for AI by the Best In India. By continuing you agree to the terms of use. Your personal information is securely processed in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

In most cases, Xpro.ai collects money on behalf of Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline for tickets, registrations, exhibitor or sponsor packages, and other paid services related to AI by the Best In India. In that arrangement, Xpro.ai is a fee collecting agency acting for the organizer and is not itself the seller of the Event tickets or packages.

For some events, a white-label payment gateway is provided so that Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline collects payments directly. Where that gateway is enabled for AI by the Best In India, the payment is received by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline through its own payment account. Xpro.ai then provides the Website and booking technology only, and does not collect that payment as a fee collecting agency.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers, payment gateways, and banks, which may include providers such as Razorpay, Zoho Payments, or other payment partners enabled for the Event or for the organizer’s white-label gateway. Card, UPI, net banking, wallet, and other methods, where available, are provided by those payment partners subject to their own terms.

• You authorize Xpro.ai (when acting as fee collecting agency on behalf of Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline) or Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline (when collecting directly through a white-label payment gateway), together with the applicable payment partners, to process the transaction amount, applicable taxes, convenience fees, and gateway charges displayed at checkout.
• A transaction is treated as successful only when the payment partner confirms successful authorization and capture.
• Failed, declined, or pending transactions do not constitute a confirmed booking. Amounts, if any, that were debited for failed transactions are handled by the payment partner and Your bank or issuing institution according to their processes.
• Neither Xpro.ai nor Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline stores Your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or internet banking credentials on the Website.

Prices displayed on the Website are determined by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline and may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, platform fees, or payment gateway charges as shown at checkout. The amount is collected by Xpro.ai on behalf of Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline, or by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline directly if a white-label payment gateway is enabled for AI by the Best In India.

Where GST or other taxes apply, You may be required to provide a valid GST number, company name, and registered address. Invoices, if issued, will be generated based on the information You provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of tax and billing details.

Cancellations, refunds, replacements, and ticket transfers for AI by the Best In India are governed by the refund, cancellation, and Event policies published by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline, if any, and by applicable law.

Unless a refund is required by law or expressly approved by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline under its refund policy, amounts paid for tickets, registrations, or packages may be non-refundable. Requests relating to refunds, chargebacks, or failed payments should be raised with Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline using the contact details in these Terms. Refunds, where approved, are processed through the same collection path used for the original payment: by Xpro.ai on behalf of Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline, or by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline directly where a white-label payment gateway was used.

Payment gateway fees, convenience fees, and bank charges, where deducted by a payment partner used by Xpro.ai or by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline on a white-label gateway, may be non-refundable even if a ticket amount is refunded, unless otherwise required by law or agreed by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline.

Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline may modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, convert to a virtual or hybrid format, or cancel AI by the Best In India in whole or in part due to operational, safety, legal, weather, venue, or force majeure reasons.

In such cases, any remedy, credit, reschedule, or refund, if offered, will be determined by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline in accordance with the applicable Event terms, refund policy, and law. Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other incidental costs incurred by You.

You agree to use the Website and attend AI by the Best In India in a lawful, respectful, and non-disruptive manner. Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline may refuse entry, revoke a ticket, or suspend access without refund where reasonably necessary for safety, security, or breach of these Terms.

You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with payment or registration systems, submit false information, or use the Services for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.

The Website, Event branding, content, logos, designs, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline or its licensors, or by the applicable platform provider, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit such materials without prior written permission.

The Website may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways used by Xpro.ai as fee collecting agency or by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline on a white-label payment gateway, as well as analytics, communication tools, maps, and hosting providers. Your use of those services may be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

Neither Xpro.ai nor Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline is a bank or payment system operator. Payment processing, settlement timelines, failed-transaction reversals, and gateway outages are handled by the relevant payment partner and Your financial institution, whether Xpro.ai is collecting on behalf of Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline or Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline is collecting directly through a white-label payment gateway.

The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline disclaims warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of Your use of the Website or attendance at AI by the Best In India.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline, its team, and authorized representatives from claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your breach of these Terms, Your misuse of the Services, or Your conduct at AI by the Best In India, except to the extent caused by Rotary Club Of Ahmedabad Skyline’s wilful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to You.
